Carefree Join The Community Sign Up Promotion

I. Promo Mechanics

  1. The Carefree® Sign Up Promotion (“Promo”) runs from February 22, 2022, to June 30, 2022, on social media platforms nationwide.
  2. To join the Promo, simply sign up with a successful and valid entry via our website. Second, the sign up page can be accessed via the official linked forms thru the Carefree Facebook.

  3. Before an entry can be fully submitted, consumer will be asked to [a] provide her contact details (full name, contact number, email address, birthday, and postal address details), [b] agree to the Privacy Notice and Consent, and [c] agree to the Promo Mechanics on the microsite or instant form.
  4. Once the consumer has submitted the required information and agreed to both the Privacy Notice and Consent, and Promo Mechanics on the microsite or instant form, an email will be sent to the consumer to confirm her entry.
  5. Only female consumers residing in the Philippines from 18 to 35 years old during the Promo period from February 22 to June 30, 2022 are qualified to join the Promo. Applicable local laws and regulations and company policies and guidelines will apply in determining the winners.
  6. Only one entry is allowed per consumer.
  7. Data provided will be used as contact reference should the consumer be a winner.
  8. Thirty (30) girls will be chosen as winners via a randomized raffle draw of all qualified entries, with the presence of a DTI representative, submitted during the Promo Period on July 11, 2022, to be announced via http://www.facebook.com/CarefreePH.
  9. Winners’ names will be posted on http://www.facebook.com/CarefreePH in the official promo winners announcement post.
  10. A letter will be delivered to home address and an email will be sent to the consumer if she has won a one (1) year supply of Carefree® products. JNTL Consumer Health (Philippines) Inc. (“JJPI”) or representative from partner agency will also call and message the winners to ensure and confirm that the notification gets to the winners.
  11. Winners will be required to fully accomplish, as applicable, and submit the following information and documents in order to avail of the prize:
    1. Complete shipping address in the Philippines
    2. Copy of entry confirmation email from Carefree®
    3. Duly signed Privacy Notice and Consent document
    4. 2 valid government-issued IDs and/or Official School IDs with picture and signature, such as
      1. Driver’s License
      2. SSS or GSIS
      3. TIN
      4. Passport
      5. Voter’s ID
      6. Official School ID
  12. Claiming of prize for all thirty (30) winners will be via shipment to their provided shipping address. JJPI / agency contact shall notify winners once prize has been shipped. Redemption of the prize shall only be completed once the winner has confirmed with JJPI / agency contact that she has received the prize. JJPI / agency contact shall assume receipt of the prize if winner does not confirm within three (3) weeks from the time she is notified of the prize having been shipped.
  13. Winners who have not confirmed receipt of notification email or call within sixty (60) days will have their prize forfeited in favor of JJPI upon prior approval of DTI. JJPI / agency contact shall call and message the winners three (3) days before the sixty (60) days are up as a reminder to claim their prizes. Forfeiture of prize will be enforced by informing the winner via call or email that the prize has been forfeited at the sixtieth (60th) day.
  14. Specific products or variants contained in the prize are at the discretion of JJPI. 1-year supply is determined by average consumer usage of pantyliners per month. Prizes are not transferable and/or convertible to cash by the winners. Specifically, each of the 30 winners will receive:
    1. 3 packs of Carefree® Breathable Panty Liners 40s
    2. 3 packs of Carefree® Super Dry Panty Liners 40s
    3. 3 packs of Carefree® FlexiComfort Panty Liners 40s
    4. 3 packs of Carefree® Healthy Fresh Panty Liners 40s
  15. Prizes are not transferable and/or convertible to cash by the winners.

II. Disqualification

  1. All submissions will be reviewed. An Entry that does not comply with the qualifications and requirements provided in the Promo Mechanics will be disqualified.
  2. JJPI reserves the right to disqualify participants who hack or attempt to hack the Promo, manipulate any related documents, or try to unfairly influence the Promo or other participants in any way.
  3. All employees of JJPI, JJIS (ROHQ), JJGS and their relatives, and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Promo and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.
  4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the promo mechanics shall be a ground for automatic disqualification.

III. General Terms & Conditions

  1. In no event shall JJPI, its affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the consumer for any monetary amount greater than the value of the prizes due to the prize winner under the rules and regulations of this Promo.
    JJPI is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, undeliverable email, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, mobile/telephone, mobile/telephone line or other mobile/telephone related problems or errors, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promo, or by any human error which may occur in connection with this Promo.
  2. The agreement to the Full Promo Mechanics document must be opted in before the consumers submit each of their Promo entries, as seen below and in the following section:

    By participating in this Promo, consumer agrees to be bound by the Full Promo Mechanics contained herein. Failure to comply with the said terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods will result in consumer’s disqualification.

    The Promo shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It shall be consumer’s sole responsibility and obligation to ensure that she complies with and does not contravene any laws to which she may be personally subjected to.

IV. Privacy Notice and Consent. JJPI, by itself or by its authorized service providers will collect and process your personal data, including when applicable your name, to [i] enable you to participate in our Promo, [ii] execute Promo-related administration services, [iii] include you in our J&J customer relationship management database; and [iv] send you exclusive offers, product updates, and other marketing and promotional information.

We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which you may view at https://www.Carefree.com.ph/privacy-policy/. You may request to access, update, or correct your personal data, and such requests, as well as inquiries about how we handle your personal data are contained in our Privacy Policy.

I agree to receive information, offers, updates on products and services, events, programs and activities, and other marketing communications and promotional information about JJPI’s consumer healthcare product range, through email, SMS, or other media platforms.

By clicking the “SUBMIT” button, you agree to the collection and processing of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Notice.

V. Release. You agree to waive all ownership, rights and interests to any Promo Material, as well as any Entry that will be submitted in and for the Promo, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights and right to publicity, relative to or arising from any Promo Material, including the Entry, containing your name. You understand that, once your name is published in JJPI’s website and/or posted on JJPI’s official digital media platforms, JJPI cannot control how the individuals visiting JJPI’s website and digital media platforms use your names.
