FAQs

Q: What’s the difference between CAREFREE® Breathable and Super Dry liners?

A: CAREFREE® Breathable liners have a breathable back that lets air circulate, helping you feel fresh and comfortable. These are ideal for days in between your period to effectively absorb discharge. CAREFREE® Super Dry liners have a moisture-proof back to give you more protection. These are great for those days before and towards the end of your period, or your pahabol days.

Q: What are CAREFREE® ACTI-FRESH® liners for?

A: CAREFREE® ACTI-FRESH® liners absorb moisture, sweat or smell away from your body to help keep you fresh and dry. Because these are super thin, these feel just like your undies.

Q: Can I use liners if I’ve got heavy discharge?

A: Yes, you can use CAREFREE® Super Dry liners during heavy discharge. For extra protection, use the CAREFREE® Super Dry Long.

Q: Can I use liners when I’ve got my period?

A: Use sanitary pads when you've got your period. Liners are meant for the days in between your period. Some liners, like the CAREFREE® Super Dry or the Super Dry Long liners, work before and towards the end of your period, or your pahabol days.

Q: What are long liners for?

A: CAREFREE® long liners are 25% longer, making them even more absorbent than standard liners*, so you can use them if you’ve got heavy discharge or spotting to keep your undies feeling fresh and dry.

Q: Can I flush liners down the toilet?

A: Like pads, you should never flush liners down the toilet. Just wrap them up and dispose of them in a sanitary disposal unit or normal rubbish bin.

Q: I've heard it's bad to wear liners every day. True or false?

A: You might've heard that wearing liners can increase your discharge because it makes you hot and sweaty. This may have been true in the past when only non-breathable panty liners were available in the market. Luckily, CAREFREE® Breathable liners let the air circulate, preventing that hot and sweaty feeling.
